01 What makes Level Ten different from other IT providers?

Senior-led, founder-obsessed and built specifically for creative, brand-conscious businesses. Twenty-plus years inside the tools and platforms creative teams actually use - Mac, Adobe, Figma, Google Workspace, M365 - means we don't have to learn on the job.

Most of all: we behave like an embedded part of your team, not a ticket queue. You'll know who you're speaking to. They'll know your business.

02 Why don't you display client logos on your website?

It's intentional. Listing client names publicly makes it easier for bad actors to impersonate either side - a phishing email "from your IT team" is far more convincing when the attacker knows the relationship exists. Privacy isn't a vibe for us, it's a security control.

We share specific testimonials and references privately, as part of trusted conversations.

03 Are there any hidden costs?

No. Our Managed Service is a flat, predictable fee that covers day-to-day support, device management, security tooling and strategy. Per-seat licences for things like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are passed through at cost - we'll always show you what they are up front.

Larger projects (migrations, audits, fit-outs) are scoped and quoted clearly before any work starts. No surprise invoices, ever.

04 Are there minimum spend or team-size requirements?

Our Managed Service usually has the biggest impact for teams of ten or more - but if you're a smaller team with ambitions, please still get in touch. We'd rather have a conversation than turn you away.

05 What if we already have an internal IT person or team?

Brilliant - that's a strong starting point. We work alongside internal teams as the senior layer they don't have headcount for: strategy, security, escalations, holiday cover and project muscle. Often that's the sweet spot.

06 Can you help move us from our existing IT partner?

Yes. Migrations off another MSP are something we do calmly and frequently - we run the discovery, capture everything that needs to come with us, and manage the cutover. You won't be left holding the awkward conversation.

07 Can you handle data migrations?

Tens of thousands of mailboxes and many terabytes of files moved between Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox and SharePoint, with no drama. We plan it, rehearse it, cut over out-of-hours, and train your team on the new setup.

08 Do you support both Apple and Windows environments?

Yes - we're fluent in both, and most of our clients run a mix. We'll keep users, devices and security policies aligned across the two without making your team think about it.
